RESPONSE TIME: I am always quick to respond. All properties are secured immediately, with a visit in less than 24 hours to assess the occupancy. Locks are re-keyed upon vacancy.
TEAM: I have a team of professionals working with me to maintain the REO property.
PROMOTING BANK INTERNAL FINANCING: I am set up to promote the bank’s internal financing. Each individual property will require a pre-approval from your institution, along with promotional material onsite.
